kernel on 2.1

Hi, For building uodated Jack, its site says we need a kernel with tmpfs turned on (CONFIG_TMPFS). Do somebody know if the rt kernel in 64 Studio 2.1 is build with this option ? Thanks for help, Fred

And as a follow up, Jack 1.9.3 (jack2 svn) builds fine here, with the beta 3 2.6.29-multimedia-kernel. This includes a long awaited fix for netjack. Maybe the 64studio team would consider this as a package in the 64studio repo. State of the art jackserver for a state of the art distro...... :) Alex.

I'm on 3.0 beta3 at the minute but run grep on your own kernel config. $ ls -la /boot/ $ grep CONFIG_TMPFS /boot/config-2.6.29-1-multimedia-686 CONFIG_TMPFS=y CONFIG_TMPFS_POSIX_ACL=y Cheers! Dave.
