Hi there! Is there, or is there going to be 3.0 live-cd? Maybe when the official version comes out...?

Hi Rudl, I mean 3.0 release time. The installer kernel is already quite old, and we need a fresh new one, that might mean "upgrading" to a live CD / DVD installer. Lets see how it pans out for us...

What do you mean with this time? For me it would be a good moment, because today on my old labtop, the harddisk collapsed. Greetings from Germany Rudl

Yeah, best of luck to us... :) 64Studio appears to be a great distro for my bands purposes, but it would be nice to try it with a live-cd first. Partly because of the installing problems. I tried 64Studio 2.0 live-cd in two computers, but it didn't work in either of them. In this HP Pavilion desktop it said something about graphics, and in our old F-S laptop the problem was something else. Don't remember anymore... I have Nvidia graphics card in this HP, i guess it is the problem.
