I have a laptop that when the beta 3.0 is released as stable will most likely install that in. I was wondering what soundcards you use for laptops. reason I ask is that I need a solution for a soundcard that enables me to record drums from the local schools sound studio. they have a drumset and some old analog recording units. I have had my eight track hard disk recorder with me in the studio but it was most certainly more easy with a laptop. its just for recording drums. any suggestions. price matters a lot to me on this one.

Thanks
