binary compatible

I got 64studio 3.0 beta on my main Desktop which I use to audio recording. I have the emu1212m sound card in that. I then on my laptop debian lenny with some of the packages from 64studio /debian lenny backports and the realtime kernel from 64studio 2.1.0 . I hope to use both computers along each other to record when I get a decent soundcard for the laptop. I would like to know if the packages in 64studio are compatible in regards to ubuntu / debian as such so that I can mix repos from 64studio among all ubuntu and debian installs I might have. thanks,
