Hi, my intention is to setup a mini itx computer from which I could stream out music to a receiver/amplifier over hdmi. Equalizing and displaying vu meters in 64 studio is basically all what I need (on small vga lcd display.) Surfing around I got to a zotac ion itx motherboard (integrated atom 330, 1.6GHz.) Would 64 studio fly on a hardware system like this? thanks, Rodrigo

Yes, BUT... ...theres so

Yes, BUT... ...theres so much stuff on 64studio you wouldn't need. I would recommend installing a lightweight distro, and installing an alsa audio meter. It would be less strain on the system, and you could probs get it all on a flash card.

you are probably right, but

you are probably right, but I'm sure I will not the get the same eq functionality, look and feeling than jamin. I will give it a thought, though. Many thanks.
