Asus M2NPV-VM Motherboard: any issues?

I've bought an Asus M2NPV-VM to use with an AMD 64 X2 3800+. Are there any issues that I should be aware of with this MB and 64Studio? BTW I will be using an Echo Mia soundcard. TIA
