m-audio delta 44 card. other users

Hi all. just got second hand delta 44 pci card. I am testing it right now to see if it all works. I cant make much sense out of the manuals though. output to speakers on 64studio beta is fine . did not record anythign yet. anyone else here uses this card. would be great to know your experiences with it. thanks.

Using delta 44 and no complaints

M-Audio Delta 44 series pci-card has been working well for me quite some time now. I'm especially pleased that it doesn't produce any unwanted static while running: some cards for example make nasty "sub-noises" while moving the mouse or like. For home use a very good value for money. Perhaps extended with a decent DI-box it might be even better.. Don't forget to use Envy24Control mixer when setting up channel volumes - alsamixer is a bit confusing in comparison.
