newbie, install failure

I have ubuntu (32 bits) installed and want to install the 64Studio I made download of the DVD 64Studio amd64 boot not working, I tried F6 and used parameters install vga=771 noapic nolapic and installer start does not detect my HD sata .... I tried all options and not working , please help in Ubtuntu I used this sofware to generate my hardware info http://hardinfo.berlios.de/web/HomePage my hardinfo , please read and help-me for install 64Studio http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/1/20/668481/hardinfo%20report.html PS: to install ubuntu here (32 bits), I used the parametros in boot noapic nopaic acpi=off pci=nopaic
