WRITE / BURN DOUBLE LAYER DVDs

Hy , has anyone infos what i can do to write Double Layer DVD under 64studio ? ? ? ? I know from various sites on the net this is a well known problem under Debian distros as well as others - am i right ? - but nevertheless couldnt find any solution / suggestion s . Brasero Disc Burning gives the shortest error message this type "is not writeable with current plugins" see you
