Suggestion for Sound Card

Greetings, Trying to figure out a suitable config for my son's requirement for a sound (and later video) recording and editing purposes. Following is the config I am intending to place order for: ========= Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z77X CPU : Intel Core i7 3770k (4-core) GPU : AMD Radeon 7950 GDDR5 3GB RAM : 8 GB Crosair Vengance 1600 Mhz DDR3 Cabinet : Crosair Carbide 400R Water Cooling Kit : Crosair H60 PSU : 800W Crosair HDD : Western Digital WD Black Caviar 2x 1TB 7200 RPM 21" LED ===== Can anybody suggest a good sound card say like m-audio types which will work with 64studio? Or are there any preconfigured systems which can be made available in India? This is going to be my biggest ever single investment. any other comments/advice welcome Regards, Rajagopal

It uses the ice-1712 driver in the OS which needs to be given priority. Details in this forum. Jay
