Install from live CD ?

I can't get the install image to burn :( CheckSum shows it fine, k3b says it's burnt, but I just made 2 new coasters. I can run the live cd, can I install from that ? I didn't see an installer there, is there a terminal command ?

I was able to 'failsafe'

I was able to 'failsafe' boot the live CD, but I solved my burning problem anyhow. I was in my old linux install trying to burn the image while it was on NTFS ( windoze ). I fixed that by copying to the linux partition then burning. Now I have it installed :) yay! I'm stuck using vesa for the moment though... the nvidia driver seems to be missing. I think I remember how to fix that :)

You can run the Live CD?

Hi Ric, You can run the Live CD? Do you need to login after boot up from the Live CD? Are you using this file "64studio-live_2.0_i386.iso" or the other ones?
