Hi everybody. several days ago I installed 64S but the same evening I formatted the partition and switched to another OS. The main reason was that I spend a lot of time trying to find a way to configure Inet via pppoe and did not find any way exept of having to install pppoeconf with all dependencies manually (by downloading them first via another OS). Of course I did not download them all (they were too much) just tried a little, saw a lot of error messages in term and. For me linux without inet connection is unconvenient thing. But actually I would like to try work on some projects using this distro. And after spending so much time trying to find a way I just want to know. Why is there no way to configure pppoe? or what did I do wrong?

It will be in 2.1

I confirm pppoe will be included in 64studio 2.1, it's already in the APT testing repo. Thanks for the report.

pppoe was omitted from the 2.0 release, but should be included in the forthcoming 2.1 release. I guess nobody noticed before because most studio systems are not used as a internet gateway. I have another (very old) PC doing that job in my network ;-)
