vocoder running amd64

Greetings folks. I have installed this vocoder http://www.sirlab.de/linux/download/vocoder-ladspa-0.3.tgz I have a fully functional 64studio AM2. The 1st problem is that the installation put the vocoder in the wrong ladspa directory, so I copied it into the correct one. I ran jack and jack rack, and I can see the vocoder in "v". I added the vocoder. Inputs and outputs are correct. The second problem is that the levels are extremly low, and there are almost no high frequencies. Is this 32 bit v 64 bit problem. How can i make it work? Is there a better vocoder to download? Regards, Noel.
