sound server crash

hi everybody, today installed 64studio and was happy with it until the souund server crashed. after install and startup i've run: 1. ZynAddSubFx 2. Hydrogen After Hydrogen played loop approx 50 times, from speakers came buzz sound. I've closed Hydrogen, nothing happened, then i've closed Zyn and buzz sound stopped. but with it stopped whole sound and even after restart there is no sound device detected at all. When i've tried to set sound device using kcontrol setting ALSA, there came error message: Sound server informational message: Error while initializing the sound driver: device: default can't be opened for playback (No such file or directory) The sound server will continue, using the null output device. can someone help me and say, what's wrong? minor

Sounds like hardware issues. Try reseating your components. Sometimes a bad connection on the pci slots can cause this. On board sound? Get a proper sound card then! Otherwise try reinstalling first. Hope it helps
