Enabling repositories for VSTi howto

I was trying to follow this howto, but I'm stuck at step 2! According to Synaptic, I am using: http://apt.64studio.com/64studio/testing/ 64studio main (at least, it's ticked), but even when I do a reload I don't see the wineasio package.

Is there some other repo I should be enabling?
