Installing Windoze XP AFTER 64studio
Don't shoot me - I'm just the piano player :)
Got a gig on short notice (it's paid, and I don't have a lot of time to prepare myself for this act). So I need to poison my trusty Linux-Laptop with a M$-partition, just because I know how to get that running like it did for 6-7 years.
Anyone have experience with installing WIndoze AFTER Linux was installed?
I have two 120GB-drives, the first one is 64studio.
Maybe I (don't forget, I'm a n0000b) can swap the drives? TAR the whole sca drive to scb, install WINXP, later remove WINXP (I'll rehearse with the band, play the gig, get drunk - and maybe laid -, go home, and wipe M$ off my machine as soon as I regain consciousness) and unTAR my BuP to sca again?
That possible?
