Running Kontakt in external mode with wineasio

I wondered if anyone knows why I can't get any sound out of Kontakt when running in wineasio mode? The application outputs appear in jack and graphically everything looks fine, just no sound. I can run the VST version perfectly using FST host but ultimately I'd love to get the same result using the EXE version.

Yeah, I am running the 32bit

Yeah, I am running the 32bit system. Kontakt is supposed to support itself in external mode but I can only get it to run from its VST mode in fst or some other host.

64bit version?

Wine only talks to jack in 32bit version of 64studio.
