Shortcut

Hello everybody, maybe a silly question ... I just installed specimen sampler from synaptic. But shortcut for this application dasn't appears in start menu... Can I put it there somehow manually? mirami Asus M6Va,CPU 2GHz, RAM 2GB, 64studio 32bit 2.1 pre11

Yes, Accessories > Alacarte Menu Editor :: File > New Entry apt-get install alacarte if you don't see that in your start menu. cheers, tim /|\

I think the specimen package must be from Debian, and it may not include an icon or menu entry. If you install the alacarte package you can edit the Gnome menu to add any custom entries you like.
