Bittorrent issue

Hello, I just trying solve proper bittorrent downloading. I've set-up my network settings with static IP and checked port forwarding via my router. I've used this tool: http://www.voipuser.org/port_forward_tester.html Ports are open, but there is problem with Bittornado client. I've set 12000-12010 port range in Bittornado ... and there is note: >These settings will not take a effect until next time you start Bittornado< But after saving settings and restarting application these settings are again in default values. Doing something wrong or is it bug?
