Blurred screen during install

Hi I'm trying to install 32bit version of 64studio 2.1 on an Acer 1355 laptop. Graphics is VIA KM400. When installation starts from the DVD, the first splash screen is OK, but after pressing Enter the screen is all blurred. I guess the xfree86 drivers should be installed, but how do I do this before this point? I'm still a newbie to Linux, please bear with me :) thanx Chris

Hi Chris, When you get to the first splash screen, try using as a boot option install vga=791 or hit (f1) for other options. Cheers, dave
