Jack .109 won't start now

I upgraded jack (109) and ardour (2.5), everything was fine. Please check the messages window for more info. The "artsshell -q terminated" is interesting as well as the "ALSA connection change". (don't remember changing anything) how do i begin to troubleshoot this? Like i said it WAS working thne something happened...let the head scratching begin. MiCK
