Tascam US428... ? ?

Hello my friends!! I've recently bought a second-hand Tascam US 428... it was very cheap and I think it could be nice for a beginner ^_^ My question is the following: Will it work with 64 Studio? How??! Thank you very much for your time.

I've made a search for your device in google and it seems that alsa (and hopefully 64studio) is OK with it. If I've understood correctly you'll have to run "usx2yloader" to load the driver and "usx2ycontrol" to control the tascam. I think both commands are available in a default instalation of 64studio. ¿Have you tried it with another Linux distro? Cheers Pablo
