I just install a new 2.1 64Studio on a recent stuff ... ( Mother Board : Asus M2A-MX with a lot integrated (sound, graphics, ethernet ...) CPU /Athlon 64x2 5200+ Memory : 2 GB ) I think my config is strong enought to have good job ... But Jamin produce some strongly distorded, trashed sound, but no "xruns" appears in Qjackctl ... I let me told it was a memory quantities problem, so that the reason I upgrade from 1 to 2 GB ... and no effect on sound with Jamin ... Even reading a sound file ( Sound Juicer or other ) which sounds very good, till I launch Jamin and the sound become cradly burst, infect, distorded and my new monitors suffer a bit ... Thanks to any help ...
