Another problem scribus will not input text

hey all another problem with my 32 bit 2.0 rc4 install. I tried making a flyer on scribus everytime I try to insert or input text into a text block it will not do anything. Also the font size arrows are not functioning properly but I can still type in the sizes directly. anyone know about this bug or a work around?

Yes issue is the same for me on my 64Studio 1.4.0 x64 .... But with change the default preferences of Scribus is ok now ....;) Select a new police by default in preferences.... Best regards...

You need a style...

I checked it out and found the same... What you need to do is to click on the left "No style" It should give you a choice to "edit styles" Under character style, click on default style, and choose a font. Apply and OK. Now click on "no styles" again, and choose default style. in the drop down box. Try typing now... Working? Cheers,

hey steve it's an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950. basically intels shared memory video.
