Hello for everyone and thanks for developers.. I am using 64Studio for music production with Fujitsu Siemens laptop, Emu1616 soundcard and Renoise music tracker. Everything has worked fine right from beginning. But now I had faced my first real problem. I would like to use some native windowns vst/vsti but fst dosn´t install.. fst: Depends: wine-dev but it is not going to be installed wine-dev: Depends: wine (=0.9.54-1~etch1) but 1.1.8-0.64studio2~etch1 is to be installed So if somebody can help, please.

Hello, You should add the winehq repository. See http://www.64studio.com/node/779 I run vst instruments through dssi-vst vsthost. I think it's better than fst. There are some threads on it here. You can search. Regards. Pablo

LMMS can host vst plugins too. It's not too hard to compile. Debian-Multimedia have an old package, but VeSTige isn't compiled in. http://lmms.sourceforge.net/ http://www.debian-multimedia.org/ Timing is Everything!
