night birdsong

There's been a lot of birdsong going on here in the last month or so. Not in the early morning but through the night. Around 1 am to 3 am there's been one really distinct singer who's song was amazing. I wish I'd recorded it because whatever type of bird it was, it's moved on to somewhere else now. I'm not sure but I think it might have been a robin? Going to do some searching for sites with birdsong recordings. If I heard it again I'm sure I would remember it. Cheers! dave.

Checked out robins, "not sure", but I've found out it could be robins, dunnocks, thrushes or even blackbirds. Going to look into what sort of microphone set up I'll need. Just in case the little blighter comes back. search birdsong: Cheers! dave
