look for a simple sampler driven by rosegarden

hi, i try to use hydrogen, but think it's not the right tool for what i try to do : program a midi file in rosegarden, and record in ardour the samples of drum kit. i like the simplicity of jackbeat, but it can't be driven by rosegarden (as far as i know...) so, what can be used to play raw pcm stéréo samples 32bF-48kHz (.wav) ?? thanks for helping !

Hi, Rosegarden usually uses Audacity as it's default external editor, but you can choose. Check out the manual/audio links here: You will find other links on the tutorials pages also. Cheers! dave
