Neither ethernet or wifi interface detected

I've just installed 64Studio 2.1, everything seems to work fine, EXEPT that I cannot setup any lan connection either using ethernet ( Intel 82562V-2 chip) or USB WIFI key (Z-Com XI-735 Prism3). I tried to install by modconf several Intel driver but none worked. Can someone help me? I suppose it's a driver problem but I don't know how to find and install the good ones ( Ethernet and Wifi work fine on a Ubuntu system on the same computer). Thanks!

Active development has shifted into our 3.0 alpha version. I'll check if there is a downloadable ISO if the version that includes the new kernel (that would support your hardware) Our trusty 2.6.21 kernel is now showing its age, and will be retiring soon...
