Starting 64 Studio with vesa following install?

I have a Dell 1545 and am pretty sure that my GM45 graphics aren't supported, since when I attempt to start 64studio is comes up with a xorg-server error and asks if I want an error report. How do I start 64 Studio with a command to load it with vesa?

Edit the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf In the section "Device" add this line : Driver "vesa" It should be something like this : Section "Device" Identifier "Configured Video Device" Driver "vesa" EndSection
