ON2: Test Signals video and photos available

The “ON2: Test Signals” festival brought together software developers and radio practitioners to demonstrate, discuss and develop new ways of applying software to radio. It was hosted by Sourcefabric and took place from Friday 22 October to Saturday 23 October 2010 in Berlin, Germany.
